How to add/reset a counter to your abingdon.net personal home page

These instructions are for users that ftp (or use Netscape Gold) to maintain their personal home pages. It is NOT intended for users that use the online page creation scripts

1. Add one of the following pieces of HTML code to your page in the location you want the counter:

• Odometer Style Counter:

  	<!--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/ocounter.pl"-->
  	

• Text Style Counter:

  	<!--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/counter.pl"-->
  	

2. This form will create a counter file to keep track of your count and/or reset the counter to a specific value. Fill out the form and press the OK button at the bottom.
